Delays in Delivery

Failed Delivery or Address Issues

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to:

Refund the product price excluding outbound shipping and return fees, or

Re-ship the order upon request, subject to additional shipping costs
