Return & Refund Policy

At Montero Elegance, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it — no reason required.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and unassembled

Be returned in the original packaging

Include all original labels, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration may be refused and returned to the customer. Returns of used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items will not be accepted.


How to Return a Product

    Subject: Return + Order Number

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Important:
Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location. The return address will be provided after return approval.

  1. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  2. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
    Recommended carriers include DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, or equivalent services.

Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 4 business days after return approval

Funds typically appear in your account within 4–6 business days, depending on your payment provider

The total refund process may take up to 10 business days

Refunds are issued using the original payment method


Important Notes

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We do not provide prepaid return labels

Any shipping fee paid at checkout (if applicable) will be refunded together with the order

Free shipping promotions do not generate additional shipping refunds


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

How Exchanges Work

    Subject: Exchange + Order Number

  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and the desired size, color, or variant.

  3. We will confirm product availability and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.

Once received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 24 hours at support@monteroelegance.com, including:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

A brief description of the issue

If the claim is approved, you may choose between:

A free replacement (return and reshipment at our expense), or

A full refund, including return shipping costs


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing.

To request a cancellation, email support@monteroelegance.com
Subject: Cancel + Order Number

After this period, the order may no longer be canceled but can still be returned in accordance with this policy.
